Welcome to the SoL Sip Society! 🍵✨ We’re so happy to have you join the SoL Fam.
Each month, subscribers receive a thoughtfully curated selection of SoL Brewed teas and occasional special surprises, created to bring a little more joy, comfort, and magic to your cup.
🌿 Monthly Subscription
Your SoL Sip Society subscription is a recurring monthly subscription. Your card will be automatically charged on your selected billing date each month until you cancel.
Each month’s box may feature different tea blends, seasonal selections, exclusive teas, samples, or special SoL surprises. Because we love keeping things fun, the contents may vary from month to month.
💛 Subscription Pricing
Your subscription price is the price displayed at the time you sign up. If subscription pricing changes in the future, you will be notified before the new price takes effect.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
✨ Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next month’s box, cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date.
Once a monthly box has been charged and prepared for shipment, that month’s subscription cannot be canceled or refunded.
📦 Shipping
Boxes are shipped monthly using the shipping method selected or provided at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. SoL Brewed is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided, SoL Brewed is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can help determine the best next step.
💳 Failed Payments
If your payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again. Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment remains unsuccessful.
A box will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed.
🍵 Tea Selection
The SoL Sip Society is designed to be a surprise! Tea selections are curated by SoL Brewed and may change based on seasonality, availability, and new releases.
We cannot guarantee that every box will contain a particular blend unless specifically advertised.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please review the ingredients of each tea before consuming. If you have questions about a specific blend, please contact SoL Brewed before consuming it.
🎁 Gifts & Promotional Items
Occasionally, boxes may include bonus gifts, samples, discounts, promotional items, or exclusive products. These items may vary and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated as part of the subscription.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Because subscription boxes contain consumable products, we generally do not accept returns of tea or opened products.
If your box arrives damaged, incorrect, or contains a missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and, when applicable, photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

The SoL Sip Society is meant to be a little monthly ritual—a chance to discover something new, slow down, and enjoy a delicious cup of tea.

☀️ Month-to-Month Subscription
The SoL Sip Society is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment. Your payment method will be automatically charged once each month on your scheduled billing date.
Cancel anytime! To avoid being charged for your next box, simply cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.
Once your monthly payment has been processed and your box has entered preparation or shipping, that month’s order is considered final and is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
There are no contracts, no minimum number of months, and no cancellation fees. Stay for one month or make the SoL Sip Society part of your monthly ritual—we’re happy to have you either way. ☀️🍵
